This is a 12 gauge shot shell decapping / trimming tool. Used for reclaiming misloaded shells. If you've been loading shotgun shells for as long as I have you've most likely loaded some you need to cut and reclaim the shot. Well, now you have a tool to do that. Made by reloaders for reloaders. Warning: Do not put your finger or anything else you do not want cut into the trimmer. Instructions: Lift the lever Insert a shell Apply LIGHT pressure downward on the lever and rotate the shell slowly It does not take much to start the cut Continue rotating while applying additional LIGHT pressure until you feel resistance Remove the cap and empty the shot Removes approximately 1/8" per cut Don't overpay for inferior products Proudly made and shipped from our facility in Florida Ships completely assembled.
